Diana Marie Collins is a food lover by nature. By day, she works for a nonprofit public media station and teaches a variety of courses at the University of Scranton as an adjunct professor. Also a recovering lawyer, Diana now enjoys cooking, singing while cooking, dining out with friends and family, taking walks and bike rides after dinner, and spending countless hours on social media browsing table settings and recipes.
